Terms of Service

 

The buyer understands that the information or data contained within or accompanied with this product in the form of systems or research throughout the duration of the product license is confidential and for personal private use only. The buyer is hereby notified and accepts that any dissemination, distribution, or reselling of this information in any form is strictly prohibited.

 

The package includes:

 

1)      The DV Excel Add-In

2)     Indicator Descriptions (PDF)

3)     Two separate trading systems for the S&P500 index (SPY)

 

In addition to the Add-in,  each week product subscribers will receive High LTR rankings for the Nasdaq 100 and S&P 100 as well as the Low LTR rankings of mean-reverting stocks. Separate from the package, an excel platform called DVixL will be provided at no additional charge with limited charting, indicator visuals, and alerts within two weeks of purchase.   All reasonable efforts will be made to provide ongoing research to subscribers   and updates/upgrades to the  DV Excel Plug-In.

 

System code for various indicators may be available to subscribers for an additional charge.  Currently code is written in visual basic and is locked but fully functional. It includes technical support for one year and for ongoing inquiries. However there are no implied warranties of any nature associated with this product. Although the codes is locked within the Add-in, all indicator data and otherwise related information whether obtained through available functionality or through manipulation without permission is legally privileged and confidential. The buyer is hereby notified and accepts that any dissemination, distribution, or reselling of the underlying code or the Excel spreadsheet in any form is strictly prohibited and in no way constitutes individual investment advice.
